Not bad for a quick weekend getaway. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth. Only regret was I didn’t get a receipt nor was I offered one. Particularly my fault for not asking. But they should just printed a receipt automatically.

We did not have hot water for our stay. We booked this hotel for a weekend of relaxation. We also searched around for indoor pools and hot tubs. We were not able to use them due to kids being all over the place loud and splashing. The parents were too busy drinking and not paying attention to their rude children. In order to have semi warm water we had to turn it on go out for a few and come back. There was parties going on in both rooms beside us. drunken adults yelling and partying all night. Never again will I stay here. The front desk staff really didn't help my stay accommodations.

The staff was good . We were there when there was a cheering thing down there . Some of the kids were running the halls . Calling are room knocking on are door . They were out outside side all night yelling. The staff was great . It was clean nice the bed was very nice. Everything’s was clean everyone was nice. The food at the restaurant was very good .

Our stay was 2 nights. We had no hot water. A huge part of staying at a hotel is the convenience of a shower. We had no hot water and when I checked at the desk there have been plenty of complaints. I understand that an issue like that takes time to be resolved, but I would think that the hotel would compensate us in someway For the inconvenience . So far I have heard nothing in response to our issue. Service to your customers has to be number one.

Great location, time for updates
Great location. Hotel is in need of updates. Carpet is really old. Wallpaper needs to be replaced. Lamp wasn’t working anymore. Room size is nice. It’s great to have a kitchen that can be cooked in with a full size fridge.
