First off I chose this location for it's proximity to bricktown. From the pictures I was a little concerned about the orange and brown carpet and drapes accents in the room but I tried to overlook that.... Until I arrived. So not only wasnthe room pretty much dated throught, the furnishings weren't the most sanitary and there were clearly visible stains on the Chaise lounge and office chair. The office desk was also stained on drawer handles which shows these rooms weren't serviced properly. Also during my stay my room wasn't serviced even once. To make matters worse, no lunch or dinner was offered despite restaurant hours only to finally be informed there was a "labor shortage". The hotel charged $32.00 per day plus tax for valet parking and unfortunately I literally found a parking garage on the next block on the last day of my stay for $10.00/day. Whenever you needed in and out access to your vehicle you needed to use this goofy app via text to notify the valets of whom were so slothful you would be lucky to have your car ready within 30 minutes [keep in mind this cost $32.00/day PLUS TAX]. I'm not exactly sure the majority of the positive reviews of this place came from bots or the staff themselves but this is NOT a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. This was nothing more than a place to crash and thats it. I am very disappointed because I stayed in better Wyndham locations before. I suspect poor management has a lot to do with this particular location.

This brand of hotel is so much better overseas. Maybe it’s because it’s located in OKC - and I had higher expectations for this hotel chain. Has decent ambience. Decor inside rooms & lobby area is mundane. Wall paper gives it old look. Carpets dingy dirty looking. Color patterns throughout makes the place look too dark. I would expect better decor inside when room rates are what they are ($120 dble). Room wall was damaged with hole in it. Valet parking is ridiculous for OKC at $32/day (laughable). The garages in the same area only charge $10-$16, so I used them. Hotel service was fine. The bar is not as fully stocked as hotel of this chain should be Would not stay here again.
