Wish the staff would be nicer
Some of the people who work the front desk are so gracious and sweet and others are not, actually quite mean. I’ve had mixed experiences here but when I go I do not feel a consistent warmth from the front desk, there is one woman that works behind the desk that is lovely.

Although the scenery was beautiful, the service was average and our room had issues. Our toilet did not flush properly and overflowed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and our carpet was dirty. For $280, we expected so much better. When we brought our concern to the receptionist, she told us our room was already discounted as if that was all we deserved. She also told us there was nothing she could do for us. Very disappointed as this was getaway for my fiancé’s birthday and our stay was sub standard at best.
