The resort is too old, smells musty. I thought about the luxury of the resort until I was completely disappointed when I saw the room, the blankets were too cheap and the towels were too old.

The pictures are deceiving. The property is really old, the rooms reflect it. The room and bathroom did not appear clean. Front desk does not answer the phones and were not very helpful. I will not stay here again.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, so we were given another room. When we got to that room, it was right by highway and really noisy. Also, we could see outside through bottom corner of door. Asked for different room and given a new room. That room was right under metal staircase where we could hear all kinds of noise and people going by our room. It was late when we noticed we didn't even have any toilet paper in room, so had to use kleenex. Called right away the next morning and asked for someone to bring some to us and we were told no because there wasn't anyone who could bring us any and we had to go in to front desk and get toilet paper. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Also, when you opened the door to room it always hit the suitcase bench, so hopefully if this was considered handicapped, don't know how they would get in because the door couldn't be opened all the way. We checked out a day early as we were disappointed and we made sure we checked out before check out time. When we checked out, told we had to go through Travelocity to get our refund. Travelocity worked on getting our refund but the Property Manager denied our refund!! So we had to pay for 2 nights even though only stayed 1 night. Lights horrible in room-very dim. Light switch not work. Had to turn out light by unscrewing bulb.

Not a resort! Far from being a resort actually. It's a 1 star motel at best. Rooms are old and dirty. Walls are paper thin. Would not recommend
