Amazing stay. Quick 4 day get away. The entire staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. Check in was quick and they were able to get us in our room before 4. Stayed in the main building with view of Village Pool. I had read other reviews with complaints of it being noisy but I did not find that at all. Was super convenient and close to all the main amenities. The property is large but not overwhelming and enjoyed taking walks around the lake walk/property each morning. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Can’t say enough good things about the activities. They have a lot of fun activities for all ages. Stayed in a reg room and it was perfect! Rooms have wet bar with sink, good size fridge, microwave, toaster and they provided utensils, plates and glasses Highly recommend.

Ever event was canceled first room has a metal thing out the window as a view there was throw up in the elevators. They changed my room and had no towels, no toilet paper. Worst stay ever and I stayed there a few times parking was the worst never had a bad experienced there till this trip and I don’t think I would be coming back I was very unhappy room service just open my door the 2nd night I was there with out knocking never had a issue before every time I go to Florida I stay there I also went with other family members and they will also not go back they said it was the worst stay in the last 4 years that we stayed there we stay here every year and always been perfect always have a great time but every event canceled and I was not very happy room service just walked in and seen me naked and the crow the first night was the worst
