The check-in was great and the customer service was pleasant. However the cleanliness of the hotel was awful. The floor was dirty and for several days there were roaches. We were informed the room only gets cleaned after being there 7 days. There was no phone inside the room. The manager did say she was trying to accommodate us by getting us a refund.

It seemed that a fixture may have been removed from the main room, but the cleanup was poorly done. The light fixture in the bathroom had no cover and made a strange noise when it came on. This was probably a really nice hotel in the 80's. Needs a lot of updating. The staff was great, very pleasant, and easy to talk with.

Room was a good size and reasonably clean. Bathroom could have been better as far as the cleaning. Beds were way too soft for us (personal preference) but the bedding was very clean and fresh. Had good size fridge and TV but was lacking a microwave. Had a Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds next door Decent value for the money. Was a little disappointed that we found two small roaches the morning we were leaving. Seems be be the norm for Florida middle of the rang accommodation. Overall though reasonable for what we paid
