Unprofessional Service
I was in this hotel for 4 days 3nights from Friday to Monday, without cleaning the room even though I requested the room to be cleaned. Secondly, I left my Honda car key in the room when checking out, i called the hotel several times but yet to receive any feedback. I feel terribly disappointed in the behavior of the staff of the hotel.
