I booked a room with either 2 king size beds or one king size 2 singles, as I was travelling with my son.
I rang the hotel on Thursday morning (22/2/24) specifically to confirm this arrangement. I was told by the receptionist I spoke to that, yes, she’d make a note that we got 2 king beds. However, when I checked in, I was informed that no such room was available. Nor had a note been made on the computer.
I was given a room with one king bed & a sofa bed. This was not what I had booked, been assured of, and paid for (in October last year).
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Very disappointed.
