The absolute worst experience I have had at any hotel. We checked in around 7-7:30 pm and because it was so late, we went to have dinner and do a little shopping. We arrived back to our room around 10:45 pm. The room was horrid. Food on table and in fridge, dirty mattress cover with no sheets or pillows/pillow cases. Holes in the walls, something that looked like blood splatter on the walls in the bedroom, empty alcohol bottles, marijuana container, etc…. We immediately took the keys and went to the front desk. We were told that they could not do anything to help and they were sold out so we could not change rooms. They also said that we should have checked our room right away before going to dinner. We were unable to find something else in town last second and that late that fit our budget so we asked to at least get some linens and cleaning supplies so we could at the very least get some sleep for the night and, again, they said they could not help us. They didn’t even bother to check the room with us at that point. We checked out at 6:30-7:00 am. There was now a different employee at the front desk. He looked at us blankly and said that he would have to wait until maintenance or housekeeping showed up, before he could inspect the room. So absolutely no apology, no accountability and we were being called liars. We were told that they would get ahold of us as soon as he had a chance to check the room. It has now been 6 hours and still nothing.

Absolutely unacceptable conditions for a public hotel. The rooms smell like freshly smoked cigarettes and weed. Furniture is stained and dirty. Building not up to code, hazards and liabilities all over the room. The staff is not bothered by the complaints. The pool doesn’t have water in it. The pictures listed do not look like either of the 2 rooms we were offered.
