The first room i got was not made up ac was broken. Second room i got there was black hair in tub, one lightbulb in bathroom was super dim, one of the towels had black hair on it and tub leaked. there was splattered something on the curtains, and pool or jacuzzi did not work at all was super mad about this. And all maids only spoke spanish so i couldn't even talk to them about any problems. The only good thing was the manager john he was nice. I would like my money back cause of all the problems.

Very poor service
No room cleaning even after I ask for it. Front desk ignored me and said the cleaning staff leaves at 4pm so they didn’t have time to clean my room. But I saw the cleaning staff at another floor working at 6pm. Very dated rooms and noisy. Our room faces the freeway.

we dont know ,,because you gave OUR room to someone else...zero ,no,nad,nothing for rooms ,,what a complete lack of caring hotel to not save our PAYED FOR AND COPY OF CONFRMATION ,,totally wrong and mife wife was in need of rest,but nop didnt care,not even call another hotel for us ,,had to draive another 5 miles and ck 4 hotels,before the hampton inn said we would be happy to help you the person at the ck in desk at the green tre was very short ,,and couldnt care less about our need

The front desk staff was lovely but they had difficulty finding a room for me. The wifi was not working. I ended up paying for a taxi from the airport because I couldn’t find the shuttle. The pool was shut down as well. All a bit disappointing.

This site was horrible. The pool was closed, the hot tub was also closed thank god, it was disguising. The facility was filthy. The tub was unusable. Changed sites immediately. It should not even be opened!!!!
