My Expedia Review - Tried a dozen times to enter my code to open the building door. Finally figured out the door was extremely stuck when I pulled really hard. No elevator to upper floor. As I climbed the stairs with my luggage I heard a dog barking from one of the rooms. By the sound of the bark, had to be a medium or large dog. Used the same code to enter the room. On the wall to the right of the stained couch was a medium size bug. After getting some toilet paper to grab it, I found that it had already been smash and left in the wall. Then I opened the refrigerator to place some items in it and see a cockroach crawling on one of the shelves. I grabbed more toilet paper to get rid of it. Dog still barking. The bathroom door must have been kicked in at some point based on the look of it. Dog still barking. Some of the bedroom outlets do not work and some of the furniture was broken. Watched some TV and made a few phone calls. Dog still barking. Got ready to sleep knowing I’d made a mistake by booking here. Laying in bed, dog still barking and now added in some howling after 3 hours. No idea how long prior to my arrival. Felt bad for the dog. Up this morning at 3:30am. Dog must have gotten tired. Walked into the little kitchenette area to heat some water for instant coffee I’d brought and saw a small cockroach on the counter. Took care of it. Then see another one on the island. Took care of it. Then saw another on the baseboard. Let that one go and made my decision t

Disapointment in Chandler.
This was my first time staying there. There is paper work that needs to be completed in order to receive your code to get in to the building and your room. That was not the issue. Please see below for the list. 1. No hair dryer, big issues for us women who have a lot of hair. 2. Missing trash can in bathroom 3. No coffee, creamer or sugar. 4. The floor was dirty. No garbage just not mopped. Socks were black. 5. The top drawer in the living room & bottom drawer in the kitchen were broken. (The rules are if you break it you are responsible) 6. Cackroches 7. Upstairs guest were very laud and let their kids run around untl 10pm. Then the adults kept making noise until midnight.
