The breakfast was good. our rooms were somewhat clean however there were blood stains on one of the pillow cases and the bathtub was rusty and needed to be re-surfaced. The smoke detector was damaged. The staff acted like they didn't understand english.

This hotel was by far the dirtiest and stinkiest hotel we have ever entered. The walk up the stairs to the room shpuld have been where we turned around- the stairs looked like they have not been cleaned in months. There is no elevator either. We opened the door to our room and it was dim and dirty with a stain on the floor. The box spring was exposed and there was a smell we can't describe but it was not pleasant at all. We didn't even put pur bags down and turned around and asked for a refund. The front desk guy said he would refund us and I received an email showing I was charged 3 separate times! I then called the front desk and another guy answered and couldn't even pull up the booking with the confirmation number. I then called corporate customer care and they said they would expedite an email to the general manager of the hotel and gave me an email to also contact him and havent heard anything back.

Rooms were not clean, has a bad smell in hallways and bedrooms, doors coming into and out of hotel did not work, had to ask for clean sheets, people smoking pot in the doorways, puke in various location on the ground, breakfast wouldn’t touch do to the uncleanliness, booked double queen but only had a single available.

This tops the list of one of the worst hotels ever. Everything in the bathroom was broken. Overall bad smell in the room, beds like rocks, filthy carpet, terrible breakfast.
