For a brand new place I expect there to be bugs to work out...however, baths were out of order and was never mentioned at check in, I suggest you offer guests if they want a bidet room or not, as it not be suitable for all. Shower water only got luke warm turned all the way hot. noisy neighbors with kids running and yelling and screaming after quiet time.

It's cold outside, and so is the room
A beautiful hotel. Would have given it 5 stars, except for the temperature issues. Our room was on the top floor in the back corner, with three large windows. The room was frigid when we arrived. We had the hotel staff come up to show us how the AC/heat system worked. We turned the heat way up, went out for a couple of hours, and came back to a cold room. It finally warmed up as we were heading to bed. After dinner, we decided to take a soak in the tub, but the water never got very hot, and by the time there was enough water in the tub to soak, the water in the tub was cold. We think this was because the room was so far from the water heater. Hopefully these kinks will get worked out. We will go back,
