I was charged for the car parking in an area that is safe and with a plenty of parking. I have lived within 3 miles from this location for 15 years and worked in the building that is opposite to this location for 3 years. Front desk staff were rude when I asked about adding my reward program number to my Travelocity booking. Disappointed with Hilton’s customer service.

Great for a quick weekend in Portland. Definitely a business traveler’s hotel. Didn’t really appreciate the $12 parking fee additional cost, or the homeless trailer parked across the street.
