Worst room in Providence.!
We booked a room a month in advance and when we checked in, they put us in a room adjacent to the elevator. I did not have the energy to complain, plus i knew the hotel was completely booked. Let me just say that it sucked. The room was very small and Constant noise all night. It ruined our weekend and we wont be staying there again.

We had a nice stay. The room was large (two full rooms) and we liked the decor. Our room was not made up between nights and we only had one set of towels, which was a first at a hotel.

The hotel is older so I was pleasantly surprised that the beds were so comfortable. The curtains are not all the way "blackout" they have a pull down shade and a sheer curtain that you can pull across the side curtains I would consider "blackout" curtains but they don't pull across the window. They also failed to come tidy our room even after asking for it. The hotel employees were all wonderful but again I was disappointed when we went downstairs for coffee and they said "it's been busy this weekend and we ran out of cream". Overall it was an average stay but over rated on price for the service.

The Graduate is a quaint hotel: This is a plus when it comes to decor and a minus when it comes to plumbing. I could not have a 'hot' shower in the morning. The staff explained that there was only '2 pipes' and that I would need to run the water for a long time. After 20 minutes, all I achieved was lukewarm.

This was my first experience at a Graduate hotel - it had a great vibe - perfect for a college town. Very sweet and helpful staff and the rooms were very clean. I would say the only negative for me was that I didn’t see anywhere to purchase star for cracks in the lobby - any small amenities if needed. Coffee and snacks closed at 4 but there was a fun restaurant attached - seems strange there Wouldn’t be a little shop for quick pick ups
