Great location Great layout of hotel , liked the great room lobby area and free breakfast, Could improve the coffee at breakfast time - cold and never enough instant coffee in the bedrooms ( only 2 sachets) For the price would have liked to have free Netflix and parking was average Staff were good and sorted any queries happily and luggage storage was convenient. Overall good and would stay there again

Parking is a nightmare. The property claims to have some but clearly not nearly enough. Around the property there is none due to road works and the sheer volume of tourists with vehicles in Queenstown. It’s rather disingenuous of staff to provide a local map suggesting places to park.
