I booked this hotel as a solo female when my original hotel wasn’t available as early as I needed, and I am so happy I did. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you need anything or have questions. Guests are friendly, and it’s all around pretty good vibes here. I love feeling like I can take my dog out or sit by the fire at night without tempting fate like some other places around. I do wish the gym had like one or two more machines, but it definitely works for the price and value you get everywhere else.

Although staff was friendly and facilities clean, our room was disappointing. It was dirty, and our neighbors were loud. Only stayed a few hours as we had to catch a flight early in the morning.

First time staying and I will never come back. The staff was very nice and professional. The 2 bedroom suite I had was not clean. The bed linens was not clean at all. I just went and purchased my own bed linens. It was stains on the counter and end tables. Hair in the bathrooms and wet towels like someone used it and just hung it back up. Someone above us was stomping all night. We reported to the guy on night shift. He said he would take care of it. They stop then started back up this morning. I think this place need a new staff for housekeeping.

My room was so dirty when I walked in. Food was left on the stove. The floor was disgusting. Hair was all over the floor. I walked down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping can come clean up but they said housekeeping was gone for the day, mind you that was 4pm. I asked for a broom so they gave me one and I cleaned the room myself. I even went to the store to get wipes and Lysol.

I stay offen because of appointments at Duke. The bed is very comfortable. The facility and room was extremely clean and it was very quite. The staff was exceptional.
