The Westin on the Riverwalk NEVER disappoints...The hotel is Spotless and a perfect location close enough but still far enough away from the crazy fun part of the riverwalk :) The staff are super friendly and they go above and beyond to make your stay very enjoyable... Bad experience
We had reservations and were at a riverfront room on 4th floor #402. We went for Valentines day to enjoy ourselves together. When we went to bed there was so much noise, it sounded like bad plumbing. Then it would stop and then start again.we stayed 2 nights and had such a problem getting a river front room, we just put up with it. Will not stay there again. It is very dated. Loved the people who work there, it’s not their fault.
