Property was good but the pools were always at capacity with little open seats available unless you go early to get your seats.

Outstanding service. The staff was able to accommodate several uncommon requests and needs that we had without any hesitation! Beach staff was also quick to please with towels shade umbrellas and food and drinks.

This is our 2nd time at The Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Staff was awesome, Food was great and this is our favorite place to stay.

We love staying here, however, this time around there were several cats freely walking around the outdoor areas. I am severely allergic to cats so this was bothersome. There were also several dogs staying at the hotel. I had an issue like an allergic reaction whenever I was in our room. Not sure why. The room was clean but had a stale smell. The staff are wonderful! They need to do something about the water leaking out to the floor when showering. We had to put multiple towels on the floor.
