We had the opportunity to meet to wonderful desk agents by the names of Juan and William. The customer service from these two was impeccable. They offered wonderful suggestions about food, activities and more. Beyond helping us get familiar with the area, they were great with addressing our concerns and there were several. Issues that we encountered were: shower draining issues, sink draining issues, slow raising shower temperatures, inconsistent housekeeping (even with calling to confirm it would be done daily). The worst part, by far, was our room not being ready. We had to wait over an hour for our room and after a long flight, that is the last thing you want to hear.

Stayed here for 5 days and was disappointed in many ways. The service team (housekeeping, valet, restaurant) is great, however the management team doesn't care about the guests. Had several issues which were never addressed. 1. Our room was assigned to a different guest while we were in the room. This is Hilton! They gave us a breakfast voucher for the 'inconvenience' but with a catch! 2. Ordered room supplies but no one shows up 3. Phone was not working, requested service, no one showed up. 4. Don't even try the pastries at the restaurant. $7 for a muffin that costs $2 across the road at Starbucks. Just walk across and get whatever you need. 5. Facility charges $35/day as resort fees - for a pool/chairs/gym! I can go on and on - never again!

The hotel is under renovation but you’d hardly notice with how quiet it is. Nice to see they’re investing in keeping the property up to date. Lovely staff, convenient location and fair prices.

Room was not ready at check-in. Was told to hang out at the beautiful facility and they would call when ready. It is a beautiful place, but they never called. Running late for a meeting 45 minutes later, I asked what could be done to expedite the room, only to find out the room had been ready, but no call. No decaf pods in room or available. Coffee dispenser in lobby had none. Coffee maker in room wouldn’t work. They wouldn’t comp a cup of coffee; instead told us to wait for maintenance to address the situation. At these prices, come on! They did replace the machine within 30 minutes. Only 4 hangers in closet for two adults on a multi-day stay. Notified front desk of a minor security issue and they said they would look into it and call back. Never did. Before checking out, I asked how long I could stay past the normal checkout time if needed. None. I asked about the 45 minutes we lost at check-in, and they said sorry, not one extra minute.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was mold in our room, I was overcharged for coffee (and the restaurant took a long time to correct the charge), and it was very noisy.
