1st night i arrived at about 12:45am bar was closing in 15 minutes. Wnd beer. Blackout. Woke the next morning with bed bug bites on my forearm ankles. I showed management who by the way none of the staff speak english. They told me to go to the pharmacy. After $20 management did not reimburse me or tell me the results. All of the furniture is sun bleached misaaligned ,knobs missing. Warped.i did not spend one night in that bed. I slept with my clothes and bought a beach towel as a blanket. The bathroom wondows can closeand a trrrible calking job. So much to the poinf a lizard was in my room ladt night. Big mistake for him. I have never been to a hotel where you have to put a deposit to rent a safe lock and charge $3 /day...and when you go to get your dollar back they short chage you. There are plubming holes in the bathroom walls for no reason. My room fridge was mounted on a crate. If they put some money into it could be a true resort. Buffet was typical one that is not in chefs vocabulary is tender . If they put some money into it..it could be world class. Security was good

I actually really enjoyed my time there. I think if you are looking for a secrets or dream resort, this is not the right place but for the amount of money that we spent we had a fantastic time and was not disappointed. I would absolutely come back. I felt safe going off of the resort I liked all of the people. It felt very authentic and while most of the people did not speak English, there was enough English-speaking people that we were able to get across what we needed to also with the assistance of Google Translate.

It wasen't like some others tmes that we have stay in.problems with the keys, the personnel at customer service did not help at all when I went to make a request for my wife's birthday.second ,on 3 days they went once only to clean the room.there's no complementary shampoo,rince at the bathroom. On the other hand there were good employees at the dining room.,bars,front deks,areas janitors.
