It is in a convenient location. I ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent. It took me half an hour to check in as the front desk was severely understaffed. The first room i got had something in the tub that resembled shredded paper. After standing in line for another 20 minutes, I got another room. This room was clean, however it was located beside the elevators which, apparently, run constantly 24/7. They shook the room enough that the bottom drawer on the desk kept opening. I was so tired that i didn't feel like switching rooms again. Luckily Nyquil helped me sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, there just wasn't enough of them. The building is in dire need of a renovation.

Quick check in except I didn't receive the VIP full breakfast for one so when my hubby went down it was a hassle to get it. Room was comfortable, nice shower head, grandson loved pool. I liked the reading nook area.

There were noisy people in the hallways at night that made sleeping hard to do. The sheets looked like they had been slept in before too.

Maybe just a bad week?
Had a four night stay from Feb.25-29, 2024. There was three check-in desks, but only one employee, which caused a very slow check-in process. The room seemed fine (712), but it was unusual to find the bathroom exhaust fan running upon arrival. After turning it off, it only took a few minutes to realize there was a faint sewer odour in the room. I left the fan running for the rest of the stay. There is no daily housekeeping, which means no new soap, shampoo, or possibly towels unless you get in line at the front desk to ask for more. The hotel seems to have lost its touch this trip. I have stayed here many times over the past five years and it is normally quite good.
