Me and my wife travel a lot, stayed at more than 50 hotels over the past 7 years, never have we had a single issue, but the lady at the front desk here, was the rudest, most unprofessional employee I have yet to come across. I called at 8:14am the day of my reservation, (and the general manager just happened to answer the phone) to inquire about the extended parking for $10/day, we had booked through Expedia so she tells me that to get parking I have to book it once I get too the hotel, okay, great, drive 4 hours, arrive at 8:30pm and get my room key then inquire about parking, and then she starts yelling at us, over parking.. says it’s not her f***ing problem they don’t offer parking, asks me who I spoke to, I told her, then she slams my id and debit card on the desk, and tells me I can go find somewhere else to stay, or speak to the manager at 7am, my flight leaves at 6:30am, had to find another parking area last minute cost me $228 for 8 days compared to $80. Would not stay here, left my wife in tears for no reason, way to start our vacation. Thanks Red Roof lady, watch out for the little black bug lookin things too under the main sheet of beds..
