The hotel is pleasant, we were on the 11th floor and our room was boiling hot at all times, I enquired about the air conditioning but was told they turn it off in the winter. It’s was 21 deg outside and heat rises, we heard several other people complaining about the same thing. The breakfast was satisfactory, reception staff pleasant. Cafe bar excellent Location ok for shopping, a bit too far to walk to the historical centre we had to take cabs. Overall a good trip and stay

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the tub design and we asked for a couple of things that were never addressed. I wish they had a microwave in the room. It was my birthday and they left me cake. That was very much appreciated. Everyone was nice.

Clean & modern. Great room beds& bedding. Hotel staff are very friendly & accommodating. My only negative is that the hotel Advertise under amenities that they offerf a pool & AC available for guests to use. Neither of which we could use on our stay because the pool is open seasonally as is the AC only available seasonally. shame because on the 24° day we would have loved to have access to the pool and AC.
