When we were booking this room we thought we had a bathroom in the room and not a communal bathroom. I went back and checked, this was not disclosed until the point where you enter your credit card info. Not up front or honest. We were charged an additional $150 to get a room with a bathroom.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. You booked an economy room in our historic wing with a shared bathroom and we listed room as such. The reservation was done through a third party and we can not address how they chose to list and collect payment. This matter must be adressed through Expedia and not us.

I was really hoping to like this hotel and I have stayed in hotels like it. Our room had paper thin walls, a very old tv, no coffee, no fridge, the shared restroom and shower was public as it was used by the restaurant guests and staff. I paid 202.. really overpriced for what it was. I would. It recommend or stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay. The property is well maintained and has a very interesting décor. The adjoining restaurant and lounge was superb. We'll be back to stay again. The value was great and was the location in Seward.
