The towels did not seem that clean and the hotel only provided 1 type of gel for both hair and body. We had to request for toothbrushes from the reception as they did not have any in the room.

Don’t ever stay in a single room at this property
Paid for a queen sized room. Arrived evening time. Provided a tiny room with a single bed. No window. Tv didn’t work. Concrete pillar literally in the middle of the room. A single room at this hotel just might be the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Especially when that’s not what I paid for. In fairness the staff were pretty helpful and moved me to a queen room, which still had a concrete pillar in the middle of the room, not great but significantly better. A little surprised not to offered any sort of refund for first nights mess up.

The staff were amazing, everyone from the moment we arrived was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean and functional. The breakfast is brilliant, and the people working in the restaurant are amazing. Thank you for making our stay in Singapore achievable and enjoyable.

Very basic hotel. You can tell from the pricing. But the customer service is over the top. Convenience of currency exchange machine outside, and many food choice. The area might not look like suburbs, but it’s super safe. 15min drive (no traffic) to all the must see attractions in Singapore. The hotel will call the taxi for you which is super convenient if you don’t want to use Grab. Overall, great experience.
