It's an old property but it is in great shape! Rooms are very clean. We like it bc you can walk around to all the little shops and there is a trolley stop right on the property so we didn't have to drive at all during our stay. We got there at 4pm and check in took less than 5 min. We were able to buy trolley tickets at check in also.

Clean rooms, pleasant and kind staff
It was a well maintained, managed, and friendly environment. The room and property overall were very clean. It was especially nice that the lights on the outside of the room were very bright and illuminated the area so clearly. I felt my vehicle and I were safe the entire stay. Breakfast was great too! well! I’m looking forward to visiting the area again and returning to the Villa. Definitely a hidden gem.

Staff really needs to work on cleaning or somone checking on the cleaning. The linens,beds, towels where all clean but the bathroom and floors really not in great shape. I found hair in the drain, nail clippings on bathroom floor, hair on the toilet etc. For the price it really could use some more TLC.

Villa 1565 is an old motel that has been renovated on the inside. It was nice and clean, the breakfast was atypical for any hotel. I feel if the exterior was renovated as well, it would make it feel and look better.
