"We was in town for medical procedures. We really enjoyed the open space of this house. Lots of storage. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seats for everyone. Loved we was able to take our dog. It has a large backyard, which he loved exploring. If in the area, will different see if this is available."

"My mother, husband, and I were in the area to visit my best friend. I am so grateful I found this listing as we had a fantastic time here! The property is absolutely breathtaking with beautiful views of the countryside and farm animals. We even got to see a baby sheep that was born during our stay! Michelle was extremely hospitable, friendly, and an overall lovely southern gal. Her farmhands were very polite and would greet us in passing as they were working. The tiny house was phenomenal! All the amenities you could ask for and the some. We adored all of the decorations and furniture! The beds were comfy, everything was spotless, the pool was wonderful, and there were tons of games for us to play. We definitely be back for our yearly visits!"

"This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and a 9 month old. Our favorite feature was the incredible covered patio including pool with lovely rock work, 3 large comfortable seating areas, 2 oscillating fans, 2 ceiling fans, hot tub and gorgeous views! Our second favorite was the upstairs game room/Q bedroom/bath/wet bar which gave excellent privacy for our couple with a baby whose naps and bedtime went much easier without being interrupted by the rest of the household. The house is extremely well provisioned and well deserving of the ratings. Note: there is an additional fee if you want the pool heated, but it shouldn't be needed unless it is fairly cold outside - our days were rainy with storms, but had it been sunny, no heating would have been necessary in late April."

"Our family had a mini-reunion in Round Rock, and this property was perfect for us in many ways!! The beds and pillows were comfy, the layout was great with most bedrooms being upstairs (plus a loft overlooking the common areas below), while also having the master bed/bath and an extra bathroom down on the main floor (which was great for my 60-year-old knees : ). The seating for meals and games was plentiful, the neighborhood was nice, and our host, Thomas was VERY kind and responsive! There were new pump soaps and quality toilet paper throughout. Great water pressure, and we never ran out of hot water, even with our group of 9 often needing to shower at similar times, etc. We loved so much about our stay. That said, there were a few speed bumps: the dishwasher didn't work, a toilet needed a new valve, so it ran a lot, and a big rainstorm revealed a leak in a window well. HOWEVER, we were very grateful how responsive Thomas was when we let him know of these issues. Also, there were a few cleanliness issues which we spoke to him about, and again, he was very apologetic and responsive, and we truly trust it was a case of timing where Thomas didn't have the opportunity to know of these issues and remedy them in advance. He trusted his cleaners, and it seems they were in a time-crunch between the previous party leaving and ours arriving, so he didn't have time to inspect, and they might not have had time to do a thorough job. We are confident Thomas will resolve all these!!"
