We were in town for the TS concert and didn’t know where would be a great place to pick but Citadines Walker was so good to us. They made us feel like we were the only guests there and were incredibly helpful! I would absolutely stay there again!

No room service on weekends.
The room looked comfortable m. But we were not told there’s no room service over the weekend. Our room was not cleaned and tidy. We need to call reception for clean towels, extra toilet rolls and to rake away some of our rubbish. Spotted some stains on the bedsheets too.

Just opened September 2023 and still has some issues with reservations, housekeeping, room amenities and there is no dining within the hotel, but location is great with many dining options and supermarkets within 2 minutes walk.

We booked and paid for this accommodation to only find out that they had double booked and didn’t have any rooms available. We were already travelling to Sydney from the south coast when notified so this completely ruined our plans The option to relocate was not great as this was nowhere near the original hotel. I still have not received our refund and am hoping this is a smooth process to receive these funds back

New hotel with 1 star hotel feel
Avoid this hotel! Their in room entertainment does not work even after 6 months of operation and do not ask for anything from the front desk as it will not arrive after an hour and a half and several phone calls. It appears they have 2 x reception staff who also handle all in-room requests and cannot cope…. Very disappointing experience and definitely not value for money.. will never stay here again!

Excellent. I originally booked for one night and then decided to extend through hotels.com the next morning for one more night. In doing so it turns out that the property was oversold and hotels.com was still allowing bookings to come through when it should've been stopped, fortunately as I was already there, the gentleman (can't remember name but starts with letter Z) sorted out the problem for me and managed to get me back into the same room and also he make a great cup of tea for me whilst I was waiting. 10/10 will stay again, customer service was excellent and hotel is excellent.
