I would have liked more dining options. To my knowledge we were not advised as to requesting breakfast for $49. Instead we had to pay $67. All personnel were quite helpful and our room was lovely as it should have been for $600 per night.

My wife and I got suite 1613 which offered a great view of the Sydney Harbor, including the Opera House. It is an amateur photographers paradise. The room is very spacious, with comfortable bed. Bathroom is elegant and functional. The team members are a multicultural group of people who went out of their way to make of this a great experience. It is very easy to walk from the hotel to the Harbor Bridge. We had a rental car and did valet parking which is not the cheapest but for sure is the more convenient way. Congratulations to all team members and thank you very much for this unforgettable experience.

Nice hotel in a great area. My only complaint was that they did not make up the room every day... we had to call and complain to get it done. 4 days we spent and we requested that this be done daily....as it is in every other hotel Ive stayed in.... but it never was...if we didnt call the room was not made up. Big disappointment in a high end hotel. My rating would have been higher if not for this issue. They did end up offering us a free breakfast after we complained...

Didn’t like old worn out carpet in breakfast room level 30. Replacing it would make the hotel seem less old and room would be more elegant. That said, all your staff were amazing. Best customer service!
