The hotel location is very convenient to walking the harbor and shopping areas. We had a very easy check in and departure. Staff was helpful and informative. Our room was somewhat small but clean and newly renovated. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift Concert. The hotel was fantastic, they had a photo booth, lollies and bracelet making table for all the Swiftie fans. I will be back. The location was incredible. So close to everything.

Property was super close to all the big brand shops. Central location. I went for the Taylor Swift concert and loved the extra effort the hotel put in - Taylor Swift music playing in the foyer, bracelet making station with lollies and a photo/props station too. The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. Very clean and safe.

Great stay, hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were great and very helpful with suggestions and things we needed. Additionally, the hotel went out of its way for the Taylor Swift Concert which was an amazing extra bonus.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was great with lots of options. I like the modern design. Bathroom was cool although a bit small but that’s fine with me. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the queen room is SO small - as other reviews have mentioned. And the first one we got was tiny and looked right out onto a brick wall. We tried to upgrade but they were totally full. That being said, the staff was fantastic trying to accommodate us because we thought we might have to find somewhere else to stay. If I was on my own it would have been okay but for two of us we would have been tripping over each other. They found a king room for one night and then put us in another queen that had a bit more space and no wall so that was a lot better. I would for sure stay again as long as I could get at least a King room. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly they all were. As for location - it’s perfect. Literally 5 minutes to Circular Quay just a few blocks down and a few more minutes to the Opera House and Botanical gardens.
