Chlorine,Chlorine and noise

This might be a nice hotel--if the waterpark wasn't there. The smell of chlorene is very strong all through the hotel, even on the fifth floor.The lobby and the elevators are full of dripping wet kids, with bare feet. If you have kids, they will love the waterpark.It looks very elaborate. The Hotel downgraded my room---at the same price as the room I reserved with a jacuzzi. At check out time I discovered they had charged me for the waterpark--($* a night!). I told them i did not want the waterpark. I'm not sure why, but every one on my floor but me got a newspaper. The parking lot isn't big enough. After 6 you might not be able to find a space. There are three other hotels within sight, and next time I'll try one of them.

Great New Hotel

This is one the best hotel i stayed in toledo area. our family had great time. the service was great. everbody was so helpful. rooms were very modern and clean. we will be back to this hotel again.

This hotel makes no sense

Hotel is set up as corporate male environment. Splash bay is for families. Hotel experience is incongruent. Then, Splash bay bathrooms are set up with no place for changing, no benches to set children or stuff on. The Splash bay is fun but hotel is not set up for children and bathrooms and lockers are not functional in Splash bay. There are not enough lockers for number of guests. Saturdays are horrible because of overcrowding in Splashbay. There are not enough hotel staff to handle volume of people coming to Splashbay. I would not bring a family here again to stay in the hotel.
