We came for our dog to have a blast, but the room we got was very dirty a big amount of holes in the walls and very much outdated. We paid to have a good time but we checked out earlier

This facility is tired. Lobby looked great but the hallways were in need of TLC. Hotel rooms were dated, our drape didn’t pull completely closed. Bathroom wallpaper was lifting. Tub was refinished but sink drains, tub handhold were all pitted and discoloured. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Furniture had passed homey and comfortable to needs to be replaced. To use your handicapped entrance to the building, you needed to be in Olympic condition. And if there was outside signage indicating either a handicap entrance or a luggage rack entrance, I never saw it and struggled into the main lobby only to find there was no way to get the luggage rack up the stairs to the elevator level. It’s a great location; and for a large metropolitan area, a good price. All in all, as I said initially, the hotel is tired. That said, it was slightly more than passably clean and because I have family on Toronto’s east side, it’s very convenient and because of those 2 things I will probably stay here again.

The experience is not good because we ask for microwave to heat our food they told us they only offer it for “executive “ rooms.. and they dont have any around the facility. And about the parking, why do we have to pay for it?
