"Had a very pleasant staycation with my girlfriend who was visiting from Pasadena. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco.
