Staff are fantastic- women on reception are really knowledgeable about their city. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Takes ages for the hot water but when it arrives it is great

Wasnt impressed. The first lady i dealt with was rude and not at all helpful to someone who is visiting the city. There was minimal variety for breakfast. ( we ended up going to tim hortons on the corner and buying breakfast ) When we payed $400 to stay here we assumed it would be a good hotel and experience. We where mistaken. I could go on and on but i think you have the idea. I would not recommend to anyone.
