Not the greatest place to stay for 180$ per night. This hotel had staff who were not overly friendly rooms are old, beds are not comfortable. The sky train is literally outside the door, so the noise was unbearable. Rats were running all over the parking area which was concerning. Staff did not ask how our stay was as I would have expected. Will Nevert Stay here again

Photos look like they were taken immediately after a renovation that must have been several years back. The lobby and entryway are immaculate. Rooms are like a dingy motel. The ceilings are low (I'm 5'4" and could touch the ceiling in the shower), and bathroom fixtures are old and in disrepair. Getting in and out of the shower in the jacuzzi tub is unsafe for anyone under 6' because of the distance both to get over the side and down to the floor. There are drips from what I only hope is soda on the walls, along with other smudges and stains I didn't want to look too closely at. Wireless chargers didn't work. Found out on my last day there that it's because they were installed but never plugged in. Found out the mini fridge didn't work after buying items to put in it. When I called the front desk I was told that there was nothing they could do for the evening (it was 6 pm) so everything I bought spoiled. I took it upon myself to troubleshoot the issue and ended up fixing the fridge myself by leaving the door to the cabinet it was in open so it could defrost. Sadly not in time to save my food. Lastly - booked for ~$168 CAD/night through Expedia and was billed a different rate each night, never under $200 CAD. When I asked why, I was told by the desk agent that their rates 'fluctuate based on demand' which wasn't what was agreed when booked. Overall - not worth anywhere near what I was charged.

Have stayed here many times and it has never disappointed. Love that it is so close to SkyTrain and Brentwood Mall. Easy to get to from Hwy 1 and the rooms are suites with kitchens. Beautiful!
