. Very nice, downtown location. Close to cruise port. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Rooms were very clean, but on the small side. Dining options are minimal, but quite good in terms of quality.

I decided on the Moda Hotel for it being across of the Orpheum Theatre. It was walking distance to the Vancouver Art Gallery and Public Library. The staff were extremely helpful.

U get what u pay for and should know that going in. It’s in a great location and friendly staff. They were able to give us an early check in. Anybody that wants to knock it and give a bad review, should feel free to go spend double or 3 times the money for a newer more modern hotel. For the price and location, this place checks the boxes.

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Great location close to transit and walkable to most of downtown area! Fantastic restaurants in the area for all meals.
