Nice place , stayed for 2 days after a foot operation, comfortable bed. But we had no hot water for the 2 days and the toilet leaked. They gave us a credit at the end because of this. This is in a good location and would consider booking again.

I always stay here for the location and proximity to so many venues in the city. Always request high floor and ocean view - the view is amazing. It is an older building with some things needing updating but that is par for the course for many hotels. Staff are friendly.

We love the location of this hotel. The businesses in the area are perfect for the out of towner. Everything you could want is right outside the front door. From food to personal items and entertainment they’ve got it all! We had an ocean view room that was also a fabulous view of the city. I was in town in December and then again in February. We stayed in similar rooms both times and they were great. The hotel is currently under renovations so some things aren’t yet up to standards. For example, we had to switch rooms because in our first room the sofa bed was broken and we needed to use it. Then we had plumbing issues as well. Our tub wasn’t draining properly when we showered and our toilet got clogged after use. A note was put under our door that the water would be turned off but with too short of notice. We were out for breakfast and then only had 45 minutes to quickly shower (2 women with long hair) who weren’t planning on showering at that time. The staff are kind and do their best to accommodate.

Property is a great location. Stayed in an updated sorta suite. Things like toilet paper holder were broken and only heat was in the bedroom so living room area was very cold. In suite laundry totally awesome and kitchen was awesome to have!!! Would totally stay here again!!!
