Comfortable and clean, but broken down
To be fair, for the price you really can’t ask for more. The room was clean, didn’t smell at all, and was able to be maintained at a comfortable temperature. The bed was “okay” and the sheets and comforter were comfortable and clean. That said, pretty much everything was broken and old. But I can look beyond that if the room is clean. It was also in a stellar downtown location. The parking lot was well-lit all night. The check in lady was a little odd. I couldn’t understand a word she said, (I’m thinking I’ll be thankful for that), and the process took a while but was accurate. Again, really can’t complain other than the condition of the property, but the price is in line with that.

Check in lady and a homeless person having a yelling match at the front desk - I offered to calm the authorities fur her, but she said no . What’s really going on ? Random dudes approaching me in the parking lot . Hard beds . Less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no back up . Check in lady seeemed mad that I asked for a roll of toilet paper . Dirty walls and floors . Bugs in the room. Broken lamps in the room .

This hotel was in an excellent area, within walking distance of the boardwalk, shopping, and dining opportunities. Although a bit run-down, the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. This hotel was a great value!

Most incredibly slow check in I have ever experienced. Ahhh! De cockroaches De cockroaches. The lady at the front desk was nice enough, but seemingly quite inefficient. She kept disappearing to somewhere in the back. At one point 7 peoplewaiting in-line
