"We loved Afton Station Cottage! We were looking for a nice place to stay for our trip to the Blue Ridge for hiking and sightseeing, and located in the Charlottesville-Shenandoah Valley wine country. We couldn’t have found a more homey and comfortable place. Communication with our hosts easy and convenient throughout our stay. Pre-check in information was perfect. Our hosts also gave us some great information about the area, including suggestions for places to see and visit. We enjoyed one of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. We’ll be back!"

"We attended a wedding at Veritas vineyards which is literally next door and an easy walk (except in fancy shoes). Beds were comfortable. WiFi strong. Overall a nice weekend stay. The hosts were super easy in communicating with us. There are two other units attached (just bedrooms with en suite baths) which would make a nice expansion for a larger group (separate listings)."
