I really like this hotel in terms of location, quality of rooms, and price. They even upgraded us to a suite. One frustration this time is that the heat did not come on. It just blew cold air. I notified the front desk and they said that the hotel can only do AC or heat on any given day and that they were in AC mode. That's frustrated because they did not inform us in any way about that. They ended up bringing up a space heater, which mostly solved the problem, but they should have been more proactive about letting us know about this weird limitation. And they should fix their system so each room can decide what it wants to do independently.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean, if not necessarily the most recently renovated. It’s in a super convenient location between foggy bottom and downtown and you really can’t beat the price for that location, and for as quiet and roomy as it is. The other place I’ve stayed near there that was in a similar price range was in a noisy spot and the room was half the size. I also like that they give you free bottled water, a tea kettle and a Keurig with plenty of coffee and sugar packets. I was lazy and didn’t want to leave the room so I made ramen with hot water from the kettle. There’s a big tv with lots of channels. Everything was great and I will be back. Thank you!

Great stay! Very clean and spacious room. Was so suprised to have a kitchenette. My only pet peeve was the alley way leading to the parking garage, should definitely be one-way. Will definitely stay again.

Very cute and clean. The doors have no sound protection; even keys dangling from someone’s hand walking down the hall could be heard from inside the rooms.
