Great Motel in Whakatane
We stayed at this motel for 2 nights over the xmas period. The managers/hosts are an absolutely lovely couple, who are friendly, courteous, informative, (the man there made us laugh over milk...) funny and most importantly a very professional mannerism. Hosts are great! The accomodation quarters are so comfortable, clean, spacious, awesome to stay here! We totally enjoyed our relaxing time here and would recommend to all. The bathroom is so spacious and clean. The bed oh my goodness its ultra comfortable with crisp clean sheets. I like my beds at accomodations to have that crispiness in the sheets then I know they are super clean and fresh. I/We loved it here and will come back again for sure!!! Thank you One88 Motel.

Its situated by a potentially busy road but you dont hear the traffic. It was quiet because of the double glazing. We were well taken care of. Staff were very helpful. Staff explained how different things in the room worked which was a awesome touch. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. Easy access to the fast food places and town and the beach was between 5 -10 mins away. We would definetly recommend this motel.
