I enjoyed the lovely staff, everyone was so friendly. The resort was very clean and the beach is wonderful. Getting up and having amazing coffee then going to snorkel with numerous fish present, was the best, daily routine. The food was great and the birthday singing along with a delicious treat was a hoot. I hope to return.

Resort is nice. 3-4 star. They are on Island time which is acceptable but some are slower than others. Food was pretty good except for the buffet in my opinion. Beer is good but as far as liquor only a handful of premium to choose from. Beaches and Pools are very nice. I would go back but wanna see many other islands first. One hint. Bring a couple pool/beach towels to your room in the evening and get up early to save the best chairs. By 7am the best spots are taken. Still plenty to choose from but if you want premium seats save them early

The staff here were so friendly but service for the most part was very slow. Facilities were very clean and safe, pools were very nice and the beach was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Sun Club - not worth it at all. The service was etremely slow. The ā€œprivate barā€™ with ā€œpremium alcoholā€ - not really a thing. The bar was not a fully stocked bar at all and the service was SO slow. Itā€™s actually more worth it to walk up the beach to the other bars. Also, our room was not cleaned - beds were only made and the fridge was not stocked for 3 days despite calling down 4 times and requesting it to be stocked. This is just a warning to not spend the money on the Sun Club. One other point - when we were checking in, it took forever. We waited over an hour with two people ahead of us and we were not allowed to go to the front desk to check-in even though there were no guests there at all. Very disappointing.

We loved our stay. The all-inclusive food & drinks were good and plentiful, and towels were never an issue. The biggest pleasant surprise was that the hotel beach was lovely and very spacious, not only for good swimming but for some very good snorkeling! We snorkeled every day and saw a great variety of fish types.
