Staff was rude, construction going on, making it impossible to get from the room to the lobby, hot tub, and breakfast without having to go outside and walk all the way around the building. Room was clean, but smells like building materials. This was totally unexceptable.

Construction area in the middle of the hotel forced us to walk outside to get to all services- bfast/pool/laundry/ front desk/elevator. We were not told of this before we booked. I picked the nature view side of hotel. This gave us a view of dumpsters and debris. No desk chair/sink/ closet in room. Shower had no place to set toiletries and no grip bars. I broke my foot the first day and there was no way to get to our room except up a very long ramp. No handicap aids available-shower seat/ grip bars/ wheel chair. Clothes washers out if order.

They are undergoing construction and only have one functional exterior door. Our room was as clean as it could be but it needed remodel. D upgrades. The cost was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.
