Top floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 queens in each along with another room with a single queen. This villa is located on Delton Oaks Resort offering free kayak & paddle board rental along with a heated pool. This property has its own covered patio along with its own private beach. Plenty of access to charcoal grills as well as nightly bonfire. Free firewood included as well.

Family getaway
Property and surrounding was exactly what we wanted. Fishing, swimming(lake & heated pool), kayaking, and also a pontoon. When we needed a few more kitchen utensils the front office so helpful and came through for us! We would stay again.

This place was amazing. Everything I was expecting and more. Will definitely be back. The office worker Crystal was amazing my entire stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place it was amazing and so was the owner of the villa. If you want to have fun, have privacy this is the place for you. Just amazing

A Hidden Gem!
This property is right on the lake with amazing water views. The pool is also super fun and easy to access. The staff in the main office were very kind and accommodating. The house is spacious and updated. I would stay here again!

Family vacation
The property was clean, but not well stocked. No dishes, no trash bags, lights in the kitchen were out, patio lights were out as well. The communication wasn’t the best. I tried reaching out to the owner on multiple occasions prior to arriving and while there with no response.
