Hotel needs a lot of updating. Room dusty and not clean and draft from window. Dirt in bath and water came out of the tap yellow! Receptionist was helpful though, and issued us with a refund. Could be ok if decor and cleanliness standards worked on, just wasn’t what we are used to.

We have stayed here on a couple of occasions and everytime the staff are always polite and happy to help. Breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have proper coffee and not instant. Unfortunately the decor is now looking dated and the paintwork very tired in places.

Rooms are very dated, but the building is old. Bathroom not the cleanest- shower head black with mould. Staff however were really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was superb!

Don’t stay here
Rooms dirty. Damp coming through walls. Wallpaper coming off. No thermostats on radiator so couldn’t put heating on. Ripped curtains. Black mould on walls. Food in restaurant microwaved and not cooked fresh. The hotel is nothing like it is represented in photos
