Port Description

Abidjan, Ivory Coast
With a population of three million people, Abidjan has come a long way from the small seaside village that was here in 1898. The city's six districts are all unique from each other, with Treichville as the main area for visitors, filled with open markets and nightclubs. The National Museum hosts a fantastic collection of Ivorian art. On the northwest side of town is Parc du Banco, a beautiful rainforest reserve, where locals and tourists escape the urban concrete. With French as the main language and 28 percent of the population listing Animism as their religion, the Cote D'Ivoire will make a memorable travel experience.
