"We had the best time away in Seacrest Beach staying at Rob's property. We live at the beach on the east coast of Florida so it's always hard for us to justify a trip away to other beaches, and this was perfect. Rob helped me prior to the trip with any questions I had. When we arrived, the house was incredibly clean. The outdoor spaces are really nice and we spent a lot of time out on the porches. The location was perfect! We were able to park our car for the week and walk everywhere. There is a Publix 1 mile away. The house is fully stocked, which is always really nice so we ate a lot of meals at the house. It was the perfect layout with 2 teen girls and pre-teen son. All 5 of us agreed that we would return, which is high praise considering we live in a nice beach town. It was crowded the week of Memorial Day so be prepared to place your chairs on the beach around 6:30AM if you want a decent spot. The crowd subsided some as the week went on. I recommend reservations at the more popular restaurants. We enjoyed Old Florida Fish House the most for ambience and food."

"First of all, the house is much larger than it looks in the outside picture. The beds were so comfortable, and the living/dining space downstairs had plenty of room for everybody. We used the grill in the back and made good use of the kitchen. Finally, the community lagoon pool is huge and close, and the beach is within walking distance across 30A. This was a great find in a great neighborhood! Tips: Check the bikes early if you plan to use them. The property manager will air up the tires if needed. And if you’re going to want beach chairs and umbrella, reserve them through the association’s provider before you arrive."
