No soap. Short staffed.
When I asked for soap the manager said there was a problem with the order/delivery but if I wanted soap I could walk to the 7/11 and buy some. Seriously? Later tried to order room service and was told they were short staffed so I’d have to come pick it up myself. All not a huge deal (though off putting) but the I saw a review from less than a month ago said the same. This is too bad as the facilities are nice and clean.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk understaffed. Couldn’t find anyone to check out, no coffee in lobby etc but overall good.

Run of the mill hotel. Room was okay, clock was set wrong and the alarm went off around 4 am. Restaurant was practically empty, but service stunk. Would not stay here again. Like a low end chain hotel at premium price.
