Awesome place and location
Apartment was clean warm and welcoming! Accommodations were just as described, plenty of beds for a family of 2 adults and 5 children. Staff were amazing. Close to lots of shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

The service team was exceptional. Clear communications. Alertness. Helpfulness. And professional. This is probably the best rent service team I have ever encountered in Europe....by far. There is nothing really negative for me to say. I highly recommend Heart Apts, and I will visit them again soon. Great job! Five shining stars.

The best thing about this apartment was the location, only a 5 minute walk to the Duomo thru the Galeria. Very convenient to all of the main attractions. Parking was not too bad. We dropped all our stuff off and parked, also about a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, not much of a view, but it served all our needs. We had a very nice stay.

Air conditioned was not working at all at it was really hot! It was October but the weather required AC or any solution! They told us the building turn of the AC in October! We decided to leave earlier

I stayed at a lot of properties across Europe during my vacation and this one was by far the best! We wished we could have picked it up and took it along everywhere with us. If I am ever in Milan again this is where I will come back to 10/10!
